"I came to Healthy Investment many years ago because I was having pains in my back, shoulders, and knees but I was too young to be in miserable shape. I had had 2 knee surgeries already but, surely, that was not reason enough to make getting out of bed difficult in my mid 40ies. I wanted to be able to enjoy the rest of my, hopefully, very long life with great mobility doing all the activities I love. After my initial assessment we started work. Each time I would come in the hour sped by, was fun coupled with hard work, and I was beginning to feel better - both physically and in my head.
