The trainers then design an exercise regime based on the specific individuals assessment. Once the program is designed, the trainers are very adept at introducing different exercises that work the targeted muscles so that the workout is challenging and not boring. "I came to Healthy Investment many years ago because I was having pains in my back, shoulders, and knees but I was too young to be in miserable shape. I had had 2 knee surgeries already but, surely, that was not reason enough to make getting out of bed difficult in my mid 40ies. I wanted to be able to enjoy the rest of my, hopefully, very long life with great mobility doing all the activities I love. After my initial assessment we started work. Each time I would come in the hour sped by, was fun coupled with hard work, and I was beginning to feel better - both physically and in my head. I was always made to feel as though I had achieved great things each time I came in. I was never given more than I could do reasonable well. Just like a kid, I was feeling proud of my achievements.”
